National Disability Data Network
The National Disability Data Network (NDDN) is a standing sub-committee of the DPRWG. The NDDN supports the DPRWG through the provision of technical advice in relation to information management and data development strategies. The Network is specifically responsible for providing technical advice to the DPRWG on the performance indicators and benchmarks for the National Disability Agreement and for coordinating the collection of disability data at jurisdiction level, including the preparation, collation and timely transmission of data to the AIHW for the National Minimum Data Set (NMDS). The Network includes representatives from each State and Territory, the Australian Government and the AIHW. The AIHW carries out specific responsibilities as a NDDN member in the coordination, collection and production of disability services data and information nationally.
The AIHW is the Secretariat for the NDDN. You can contact the NDDN Secretariat by e-mail at nddn.secretariat@aihw.gov.au or by telephone on (02) 6244 1212.
